Using Actual Data Load

Displays the Actual Data Load grid containing the Actual Data Templates. Actual Data Load is only applicable to leaf members. Using the Actual Data Load process, you input actual budget data in the available templates.

First, you need to add a template in the Actual Data Template by navigating to Maintenance > Data Integration > Actual Data Templates. The Actual Data Template List shows all the actual data templates created by you. To learn more about the actual data template, click here. 

How to Input Actual Data Load?

Perform the below steps to input the actual data load:

1. Navigate to Consolidation to open the Consolidation Control Panel
2. Select the Scenario, Period, and Company.
   
3. Under Processes, click Actual Data Load. The Actual Data Load grid appears.
   

   
   

4. Select the template, under Entry Actions, then click Input as shown below.
   
   
   
5. The template opens in the Input mode as shown below.
   
   
   
6. Enter actual budget data for the available periods.
7. Click Save.
