If you have two scenarios (A and B), both of which have data for 12 months, you might create a third scenario (C) to combine all data from scenarios A and B.
Below are the high-level steps to create a new scenario based on two existing scenarios:
- Create a Preloaded Scenario. To learn about creating a new Preloaded Scenario, click here.
- Take the export of the data from scenario A and load the data using a data load rule into the preloaded scenario. To learn about creating a new DLR, click here.
- Export the data from scenario B and load the data using the same data load rule into the preloaded scenario.
- Create a new budget scenario (C) and for Seed Data From, select the Varying Scenario and Period Selections option. To learn about creating a new Budget scenario, click here.
