      • Positive to Negative - Changes positive values to negative values.

      • None - Retains the value without changing its sign. This is the default value. This value can also be changed using the Reverse Sign column available in the grid. Selecting an option from the Reverse Sign column displays the same option in the Reverse Sign dropdown list.

    • Number Scale - Select how the number scale is displayed.

    • Display Thousand Separator - Select the check box to display the thousand separator, For example, 5,888 or 5888.

    • Precedence - Select a row or column. This setting defines whether row or column formatting takes precedence in cases where both rows and columns have conflicting settings.

    • Variance - Select the required value from the drop-down list. This setting controls the sign of variance calculations. A value of -1 means that unfavorable variances (expenses exceeding the budget, for instance) appear as negative, while favorable variances are positive. A value of 1 reverses this behavior.

Conditional

  • Condition N - Displays once you click Add Condition. N denotes condition number, for example, Condition 1, Condition 2.

  • Condition Type - Define the condition. For example, if a row value is greater than zero, it appears green.

  • Apply - Select to apply the condition to the Report Set row.

  • Remove All - Select to remove all conditions from the Report Set.
