How can I define the current period?
You can define the current period by creating a scenario that reflects the relevant time frame. This scenario can then be used across Reports, Templates, and other modules to reference current period data.
For example, if your fiscal year runs from February 2025 to January 2026, create a scenario named FY25_Current and assign the appropriate fiscal year. When applied in reports or templates, this ensures all data reflects the defined current period.

I have a scheduled process to load Planful from NetSuite. If there are new accounts in the load, how do I add those new accounts to the default account?
If new accounts are added in NetSuite for the scheduled Data Load Rule (DLR) and do not exist in Planful’s hierarchy, the system will automatically create them with default properties. You can then update their properties in Hierarchy Management and move them to the appropriate roll-up member.
Note:
The Data Load Missing Segment Member flag must be enabled for accounts to be created automatically. Contact Planful Support to enable this flag.
