How to Create a Report Based on an Existing Report in SpotlightXL

Users can create a new report based on an existing one. To do so:

  1. In SpotlightXL, navigate to Report > Design.
  2. Select the desired report from the Report list box.

  3. Edit the report as needed.

  4. Click Save As to avoid overwriting the original report.

  5. Enter a name and then click Save. You will remain in the Design mode. If you would like to run the report, select Report > Run.
