How to Create a Report from a View in SpotlightXL

To create a report from a view in SpotlightXL, first ensure you are logged in and have the appropriate access.

1. Navigate to Analyze > Data.
2. Select the desired model and view.
   
   
3. Manipulate the view using actions until you achieve the desired analysis for your report.
4. Now, go to Analyze > Design With > Report. This action enters you into Report Design mode where red marks indicate captured data. You can add formatting as desired.
5. Click Save.
   
   
6. Enter a name for the report and click Save.
