How to Edit a Headcount

  1. Click the Wrench icon for a WFP account and select Edit Headcount. A pane opens on the right-hand side of the screen.

  2. Select the employee you want to edit.

  3. Modify the employee’s details; such as position, position description, employee hire date and employee termination date as needed. The impact (variance) of the modification is instantly displayed.

  4. Click UPDATE.
