How to Edit the User Role and Properties?

To edit a user information, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Administration > User & Role Management > User.

  2. Select the user for whom you want to update details, and then click Edit.

  3. Make the required changes on the Edit User page. You can edit the following roles and properties:

    1. First Name and Last Name

    2. Navigation Role

    3. Reporting Role

    4. Task Manager Role

    5. Support Role

    6. Dynamic Planning User and Dynamic Planning Role

    7. Background Administrator, Disable Password Expiration Check, Enable Two Step Verification, Enable Web Service Access and Enable Post Message

      Note:

      The Email and User Authentication type cannot be modified.

  4. Click Save.
