This article explains how to enable or disable the Design Excel Report permission for Contributor user roles in SpotlightXL. Admins can manage this setting under Manage > Navigation Access by selecting Yes or No and saving the changes. Reviewer roles do not have design access.

  1. In SpotlightXL, select the Manage > Navigation Access.
  2. For the Contributor role, under the Design Excel Report heading, select the Yes or No option to allow or disallow design access for Contributor users.

  3. Click Save.

Note:

Reviewer users do not have design access to Excel Reports, similar to formatted reports. For the Reviewer role, the Design Excel Report option is not available.
