How to Export Copy of All Templates?

You can export a detailed copy of a template. However, this functionality only supports exporting one template at a time.

Note:

You can only export the detailed copy of a single template, but you can export list of templates from the Template List page. You cannot export detailed copy of multiple templates at a time.

To export a detailed copy of a template, do the following:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Planning Templates > Template Setup.

2. Select the desired template from the Template List that you want to export.

3. From the Setup dropdown, select Template Setup.

4. On the Template Setup page, you can use the following options:

   1. Use Export as Excel to download the template in an Excel format.

   2. Use Print to print the template.

   3. Use the Send Email option to send the template as an attachment, allowing you to search for recipients using the First Name, Last Name, or Email. You can also compose an email to the recipient.
