To use scaling in a report:
- In SpotlightXL, go to Report > Design.
- Select the desired cell(s) to which you want to apply this.
- Click Format Manager.
- Select the desired option from Amount Format drop-down menu.
- Click Update.
- Click Save. When you run the report, the data will be displayed according to the selected Amount Format (scaling).
Note:
When you apply a scaling property to a report with Save enabled, the cells will be locked for input. If Save is not enabled, the report cells will unlock, allowing data entry.
