How to Save Data on Attributes for Views and Reports in SpotlightXL

To save attribute data for a view or report, follow these steps:

  1. In SpotlightXL, go to Model > Attribute.
  2. Select the Model and the Dimension associated with the attribute.
  3. Choose the specific attribute and set Enable Dimension Leaf Members to Yes.
  4. Click Save.

  5. Ensure that Enable Save is also set to Yes for the view on both the Design View and/or Design Report Properties pages.
Note:
Drill-through functionality is supported for Views and Reports that include attributes when the Enable Dimension Leaf Members property is set to Yes.
