How to Schedule a Calculation in SpotlightXL

The Scheduler Manager allows users to schedule calculations by defining the frequency, time, and day patterns for execution.

To schedule a calculation: 

1. In SpotlightXL, navigate to Model > Calculation.
2. Select the desired Model and Calculation you wish to run.
   
   
3. Click Scheduler Manager.
   
   
4. Select the Frequency, At, Begin and End options. 
5. Select the Daily/Weekly/Monthly interval.
   
   
6. All Dynamic Planning users are listed. Select the users to whom you want successful (Succeeds) and unsuccessful (Fails) process information sent.
   
   
7. Click Save.
