How to View Compensation Items in a Workforce Planning Budget Report?

Article summary

The compensation items summary report displays compensation items per month. When selected, you will be prompted to select the way you want the compensation item displayed in the report. You can display the name, code, or label, a combination of code and name.

To view the compensation item summary in the report, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Reports > Standard Reports.
  2. Select Workforce Planning Budget Report and go to More > Deploy Reports.  
  3. Select the Standard Reports folder and click Save. The report is deployed.

  4. From the Standard Reports tab, select Workforce Planning Budget Report and click Run. The Workforce Planning Budget page appears.
  5. Select Compensation Item View from the View drop-down. Click here to learn more about the other options on the Workforce Planning Budget page.
  6. Select the Scenario, Budget Entity, Fiscal Year, and Display Decimals to whether or not you want decimal places in the report output, and Compensation Item to decide how you want the compensation item displayed in the report. You can display the name, code, or label, which is a combination of code and name.

  7. Click Run, and the report appears.
     
  8. Use the Export drop-down menu option to download the report.

  9. Click the Send Email option to email the report to the registered email address.

    Optionally, you can use the Hide option to hide all the fields.
