This article explains how Planful notifies users when a template is being edited. Users are redirected to View mode with a lock message and can click Reload to regain editing access once available.

When a template is opened in Input mode and another user is attempting to work on the same template with the same scenario, the user will be automatically redirected to View mode, where changes cannot be made. Furthermore, a notification will be displayed at the top of the template, stating that someone else is currently working on the template and editing is restricted.
To check if the other user has completed editing, click the Reload option. This will return the user to Input mode, and changes can be applied, ensuring a better user experience in the handling of locked templates.
