Article Summary

This article explains how administrators can lock or unlock user accounts in Planful to manage login access. It provides steps to locate a user under Maintenance → Administration → User & Role Management → User, open Security Options, and select or clear the Lock User checkbox. Locking a user prevents login access, while unlocking restores it. This process helps control secure access and reactivation of users in Planful.

To manage a user's ability to sign in to Planful, either by locking or unlocking their account, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User & Role Management > User.

  2. Select a user you wish to lock/unlock and click the Security Options icon.

  3. Select the Lock User checkbox.

  4. Click OK.
