How to Lock a User to Prevent Sign On

To prevent a user from signing on to Planful follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User & Role Management > User.
   
2. Select a user you wish to lock and click the Security Options icon.
3. Select the Lock User checkbox.
   
4. Click OK.
