To manage a user's ability to sign in to Planful, either by locking or unlocking their account, do the following:
Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User & Role Management > User.

Select a user you wish to lock/unlock and click the Security Options icon.
Select the Lock User checkbox.

Click OK.
