Using Customize Branding

You can customize the look and feel of the application selection page and the application user interface (UI) using the Customize Branding options.

Image specifications are as follows:

  • File type — TIFF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF
  • File size — Less than 2M

Configurations

Users can configure a background image for the Select Your Application page during login.

Note:

 The Select Your Application page is visible only when more than one application is configured.

How to Select a Background Image for the Application Selection Page?

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Administration > Customize Branding.
  2. Click the Configurations tab.
  3. Click the Select Banner arrow next to the Background Image, and choose an image from the system.
  4. Click Save.
    The saved image will be visible on the Select Your Application page the next time you log in.

Personalize Banner

You can set the company's logo next to your profile avatar and choose a UI background option while adding a new profile. You can create and save multiple unique UI  profiles, as per your business needs.

How to Customize the Branding of Your User Interface?

To customize a personalized banner for your branding, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Administration > Customize Branding.
  2. Click the Personalize Banner tab.
  3. Click Add to create a new profile.
  4. Enter a profile name.
  5. Click the Select Logo arrow next to the Logo Image option. 
  6. Select a Background Type from the dropdown list. If you choose,
    1. Solid Color: Select a color from the Color box. 
    2. Image: Click the Select Banner arrow next to the Background Image, and choose an image from the system.
  7. Select a Color Theme from the drop-down list.
  8. Click Save to apply the selections to the Profiles list.
  9. Select the Profile and click Apply Selected to apply the personalized banner.
Notes:
  • Avoid using a white customized logo since the default background color used for displaying the logo is white.
