Smart Answers
Get to-the-point answers directly in the Planful AI interface. You can access step-by-step instructions for any task in the sidebar, allowing you to continue working without interruptions.
Summarized Articles
Planful AI’s chat interface provides relevant guidance tailored to your queries with crisp and clear information in the interface that you can readily use. If you wish to dwell more on the details, visit the source articles for in-depth information. It offers the ability to summarize information and provides the convenience of accessing comprehensive information through the list of source articles.
Start using the assistant by opening the chat interface within the application and typing your question or describing the task you need assistance with. You can ask any of your questions or use the sample prompts. For example, How to create a snapshot?, How to enable Predict?, etc.
How To Use Planful AI's Assistant?
To use the assistant, do the following:
- Log in to your Planful application, navigate to the top toolbar, and click Planful AI.
The Planful AI dialog box will appear. - Enter your question in the search field and click the Arrow icon.
You can also use the sample prompts to start asking questions.
Planful AI displays your answer with related source articles. - You can click the Thumbs Down icon to share feedback if the response is incorrect or irrelevant.
- Select the applicable options and enter your feedback in the text field.
- Once done, click Submit.

You can provide feedback by clicking the Thumbs Down icon. A dialog box will appear where you can select relevant options, enter your comments, and share your feedback.
How can I adjust the Planful AI dialog box?
You can drag and move the dialog box or collapse it altogether, depending on your needs and screen resolution. That way, you can follow instructions while using the Planful application.
What happens to my data and chat history? Is it stored anywhere, or are prompts tracked?
Your data and chat history are only available during your active session. Once you log out, all prior chats are cleared, and we do not retain any responses beyond your session time. However, if you provide feedback (e.g., a thumbs-down with additional information), we capture that feedback to improve the quality of our answers.
