However, certain options are specific to the Dynamic Report Set, described as follows:

  • Include document title - If the report has any title, select this check box to include the title in the printed output. It applies only to report sets.

  • Include page number - Select this checkbox to add page numbers in the printed output. It applies only to report sets.

  • Save this setting - Select this check box to save the current print setup configuration for future use. It applies only to report sets.

  • Include sheet name - If the report has multiple sheets and each sheet has a name, select this check box to add the sheet name in the printed output. It applies only to report sets.

Page Breaks

Page Breaks help present printed reports in a visually appealing manner. Use page breaks to start new sections on a new page or to ensure that tables and charts are not awkwardly split.

It is recommended to consider the page orientation and paper size when configuring page breaks. Furthermore, preview the report set before printing to ensure the desired output.t

Select the report set added in the Row or Column fields and locate the Page Break column. To apply page breaks to the required rows, select the corresponding check boxes in the Page Break column and save the report set. You can adjust these settings and preview the output until you get the desired output before printing the report.
