    To refresh closed period data (refreshing actuals), do the following:

    1. Navigate to Maintenance > Administration > Scenario Setup.
    2. Select the Forecast Scenario from the Scenario list page.
    3. Click the More list box.
    4. Select the Refresh Closed Period Data option. That's all!
