On the Consolidation Control Panel, select the Security option under Administration to set up security for centralized and decentralized users. A centralized user gets access to all entities in a scenario and is further assigned to specific consolidation processes and workflows. A decentralized user gets access to specific entities and is further assigned to specific consolidation processes and workflows for those entities. The Company/Legal Entity Member Selector distinguishes between Centralized and Decentralized Consolidations. If you get access to the top member or entity in the hierarchy, then you are considered as a Centralized user managing the Consolidation Process in its entirety provided you also get full access to all workflows and processes.
