Managing passwords for Planful add-ons differs slightly for SSO users over native users. This article will guide SSO users who have opted for Planful add-ons on how to set and change their passwords for those add-ons.

How to Set Up a Password for the Planful Add-ons as an SSO User?
To set a password for the first time as an SSO user for any of the Planful Add-ons, follow the steps below:

- Navigate to Maintenance > My Settings > User Information tab.
- Click the Edit option next to the Change Password.

- Enter the New Password and Confirm Password, complying with the application's password policy.

- Click Save.
The first time an SSO user sets their password for the add-on login, Planful will not check for a current password. Subsequently, SSO users will be asked for their current password.
How to Change Password for the Planful Add-ons as an SSO User?
To change the current password for the Planful Add-ons as an SSO user, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Maintenance > My Settings > User Information tab.
- Click the Edit option next to Change Password
- Enter the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password in their respective fields.

- Click Save to change the password.
