Working with Global Fields in the Planning Control Panel

Once the Global Field is added and mapped to a scenario and entities, the final step is to map the global field to a template. 

How to Apply Global Fields to Template Lines?

To apply a global field to a template line:

1. Navigate to Structured Planning to open the Planning Control Panel
2. Select the desired scenario, entity, and template.
3. Click Input.
4. On the Template Input page, click Methods.
5. Select the Global Fields method.
6. Select the Global Field you want to apply to the template line.

   To see the global fields associated with the template, click the Global Fields tab.
