Duplicating Goals, Campaigns, & Expense Groups

It can be quicker to copy a goal, campaign, or expense group that is similar to something new you want to do

Plannuh allows you to duplicate (effectively, to copy-and-paste) any goal, campaign, or expense group. This can be quicker than building a new item from scratch. Examples might be an event campaign template or a recurring digital campaign.

The following will walk you through how to duplicate a campaign - the process is the same for duplicating an expense group or a goal. Note that for the sake of demonstration, we will have the Manage page in the 'Table View' as opposed to the 'Card View'.

1. Navigate to the Manage page by clicking the Manage tab in the toolbar on the top → Campaigns → All Campaigns.
2. Click on the campaign that you want to duplicate.
3. Click on the Manage Campaign button in the upper center of your screen. 
4. Click on the Duplicate Campaign button. Note that a small pop-up will appear on the bottom of your screen which will allow you to easily navigate to your new campaign.
   
5. To navigate to your new campaign, click 'View details' on the small pop-up that will appear at the bottom of your screen.
   

If the pop-up has disappeared, you can exit the campaign to the Manage page by clicking on either 'Cancel' or 'Save & Close'. From here you can see your brand new duplicated campaign called 'Copy | [name of your original campaign]' with a 'New' earmark on it.
