Welcome Home - an Introduction to the Home Page

Understand how the widgets on the home page show you the things that you own (campaigns and expenses) and give an overview of the budget

There's no place like home.  The Plannuh home page prioritizes your actions for expenses and campaigns that you own, and shows you a summary of overall plan performance.

When you log in to Plannuh, you will be directed to the home page. You can also navigate to the home page by clicking "home" in the main navigation bar.

The home page is organized into two distinct sections:

  1. MY ACTIONS. Important actions that are just for you.
  2. SUMMARY PLAN HIGHLIGHTS. Key information about the marketing plan that is relevant to everyone.

MY ACTIONS

This section of the home page is only visible when you need to take an action and includes the following widgets:

  • MANAGE MY OPEN TASKS. Plannuh shows you any open tasks that are assigned to you on the home page. From this list, you can navigate directly to the task for more detail, update the due date, or update the status. If you don't have any open tasks, this widget will not be visible.
  • UPDATE MY OVERDUE EXPENSES. This widget helps you keep you plan expenses up to date at all times.  When Plannuh sees an expense that is assigned to you in a prior month or quarter that isn't closed, you will see this list of overdue expenses. The expenses are on this list because they haven't been closed out in your financial systems and Plannuh wants to make sure you are still planning to incur the expense.  You can quickly make updates to overdue expenses, insuring that your budget is always 100% up to date!

SUMMARY PLAN HIGHLIGHTS

This section of the home page includes important information about the marketing plan overall, including:

  • ESTIMATED CAMPAIGN VALUE. Shows all your campaigns that are generating metrics, arranged by their target return, current return, forecasted return, or ROI. This table also shows the total return on your marketing plan by adding up all the value your campaigns are expected to generate and comparing that value to the marketing investment.
  • BUDGET MINUS EXPENSES. An up to date view of your total expenses compared to the budget for the current period (either month or quarter, depending on how you plan).
  • BUDGET ALLOCATION STATS. Quick stats on your budget, including the pace of your spending vs. your plan and the amount of your budget that is allocated to campaigns.
  • PLAN METRICS PROGRESS. A summary of all the metrics in your plan and how you are progressing vs. your targets.
  • CAMPAIGNS. All the campaigns in the plan by status.
