A word about viewing and editing rights

Navigating, viewing and modifying objects in Plannuh depends on your viewing and editing rights.  If you do not see something that is described in the Knowledge base or if you are unable to make changes to objects or other aspects of Plannuh, it is most likely that you are limited by your viewing and editing rights. Contact your Plannuh administrator to check and/or change your access rights. There are three access levels in Plannuh: Admin, Read Write and Read-Only

Admins

Admins in Plannuh have the ability to manage and make changes to all Plannuh settings and objects. The primary responsibility of Admins is to manage settings under the settings wheel in the upper right hand corner.

Read-Write

Team members with Read-Write access will only be able to see the segments assigned to them.  Segments are a portion of the total marketing budgets assigned to someone to manage.

Read-Write access allows a team member to only manage (create or edit) Plannuh objects (campaigns, expense groups, expense, etc.) in their assigned segments.  Read-Write access does not allow for changes to any settings including modifying the overall marketing budget and allocations.

Read-Only

Team members with Read-Only access will only be able to see the segments assigned to them.  Segments are a portion of the total marketing budgets assigned to someone to manage.

Read-Write access allows a team member to only view Plannuh objects (campaigns, expense groups, expense, etc.) in their assigned segments.  Read-Write access does not allow for changes to Plannuh object details or any Plannuh settings including modifying the overall marketing budget and allocations.

Home

The Plannuh Home page delivers useful summary information and prioritizes your actions for expenses and campaigns that you own.

Create

The Create menu provides the ability to create NEW expenses, campaigns, expense groups and goals.

Manage

The Manage page provides a mechanism to manage your plan. View, edit and collaborate with your team by getting a thorough view of your goals, campaigns, and expense groups. The Manage pages provides a number of views and options to customize the information displayed so you can focus on specific areas of performance, budget allocation and spending. Learn More

Calendar

The Marketing Calendar page is an excellent way to collaborate with your marketing team because it gives you an easy way to see what is happening and when with marketing campaigns. Learn More

Filter

The filter option is one of the most powerful and most used tools in Plannuh.  Filtering allows you to customize what you are seeing in Plannuh by a number of criteria including timeframes, segments, campaigns, tags and a whole lot more. Learn More

Search

Is another powerful tool that allows you to find any object that relates to your search term.  For example, if you have an invoice number or if you know of even one word contained anywhere in an expense record, then you can quickly find it and related objects. Enter the words or numbers to search in the search window and hit enter. Plannuh will quickly find what you are seeking!
