Sorting in Expenses Page

You can sort your expenses by almost all of their characteristics, supporting multiple views of your data
In the Expenses page, you can select which way you would like to sort the expenses using the "Sort by" drop down list.
Additionally, you have the option to sort your expenses in ascending order or descending order using the toggle to the right of the "Sort by" selection. For ascending order, any alphabetical sorting will list expenses A-Z, numerical smallest-largest, and chronologically newest-oldest.
"Sort by" Options
The following are each of the sorting options listed by how they are going to sort your expenses:
Created Date (default)
Sorting by created date lists your expenses chronologically by the date they were created in Plannuh. It is also the default sorting view that you will see the first time you view your expenses. This date is indicated in the top right of each expense's Expense Detail page, along with the most recent date that the expense was updated:
Updated Date
Sorting by updated date will list your expenses chronologically by the date they were updated.
Currency
Sorting by currency will list your expenses alphabetically by currency.
Delivery Date
Sorting by delivery date will list your expenses by the date entered in the expenses' delivery date field. In ascending order, expenses with no specified delivery date will appear last on the list.
Expense Name
Sorting by expense name will list your expenses in alphanumeric order by their names.
Expense PO
Sorting by expense PO will list your expenses in alphanumeric order by their PO number. In ascending order, expenses with no specified PO number will appear first on the list.
Expense Type
Sorting by expense type will list your expenses in alphanumeric order by their expense type.
Expense Value
Sorting by expense value will list your expenses in order by their planned and actual amount. When sorting in ascending order, the expenses will be listed from smallest to largest by their planned amount. Expenses with $0 planned will be listed at the top and ordered from largest to smallest actual amount.
Invoice
Sorting by invoice will list your expenses in alphanumeric order by invoice number. In ascending order, expenses with no specified invoice number will appear first on the list.
Segment
Sorting by segment will list your expenses in alphabetical order by budget segment.
