Overview

The Planful for Marketing expense template is a useful tool for quickly and easily uploading a large number of expenses to your budget. Instead of manually entering each expense individually, you can import them in bulk using our Expense Upload Template.

In Practice: To Upload Bulk Expenses

  1. Navigate to Create > Import/Export Data.
  2. On the Import/Export Data page, select Expenses from the dropdown list in the Import section.
  3. Click Upload and select the expense file from your system, then click Open.
  4. Click Import to upload the file.
Note:
The predefined template is required for bulk expense uploading.

In Practice: To Export the Predefined Expense Template

  1. Navigate to Create > Import/Export Data and select Budget.
  2. Click the Export as XLSX option.
  3. Select the required data to be exported from the sidebar.
  4. Click Export Budget to complete the process.

You can then use this predefined template to add bulk expenses.
