The Planful for Marketing notifies you by providing notifications in the following manner to reauthenticate the third-party integration with your application:
- Notifications regarding expiring integration authentication will be displayed at the budget level.
- In scenarios where multiple integration authorizations are expiring within a budget, separate pop-ups will appear for each expiring integration.
- Reauthentication must be performed using the account/email address initially used to set up the integration. Otherwise, a new integration will be created. If a user clicks Cancel without reauthorizing, the pop-up will close, and authentication will be declined for that session.
The notification will reappear in the next session or when users switch back to the budget from another budget. However, you can access details about expired third-party integrations by clicking the settings icon, where a red dot will indicate any expired integration.
For non-admin users, only notification pop-ups or warning messages will be received. No action is needed from non-admin users. Clicking OK on the notification closes it for the current session. The notification will reappear in the next session or when users switch back to the budget from another budget.
