Planful for Marketing: New Accordion View On the Manage Drawer Page

With this release, you can effortlessly access and review child campaigns and direct expenses that contribute to specific spending, commitments, or planned budgets within campaigns and goals for a designated period. This feature streamlines the process of viewing relevant details and their breakdown within a drawer interface, eliminating the need to return to the Manage page.

Previously, you were directed to the Manage page, which made it difficult to maintain the place and the context of the click you were making. However, with this enhancement, you can now review the budget breakdown across both parent and child campaigns without being redirected to a potentially new, filtered view.

You can now click on the Actual Spend within the Allocation tab and drill down to the details on the same page by viewing the aggregate of all Child Campaigns, Expense Groups, and Direct Expenses. Clicking on Remaining Committed Budget and Remaining Planned Budget for a specific month reveals immediate child campaigns and expense groups contributing to those amounts.

Furthermore, the View all on the Manage page option allows you to quickly navigate to the Manage page with applied filters for the campaign/goal and timeframe. The Go back option on the Manage page redirects users back to the drawer page for a seamless experience.

These enhancements aim to provide a more intuitive and comprehensive Manage page view, facilitating efficient analysis of campaign data and budget management. For more information on the accordion view, click here.

Planful for Marketing: Introduced Integration Authentication Expiry Notifications

In this latest release, we have enhanced user experience by delivering timely notifications for third-party ad integration authentication expiry. Users will now promptly receive notifications within the application whenever any third-party ad integration authentication expires.

Previously, no authentication message was provided when any third-party authentication expired, leading to discrepancies between third-party integrations with Planful for Marketing. With this update, the user-centric notifications inform users about expiring integrations, specifically within their assigned budget levels. In cases where multiple integration authorizations are expiring within the same budget, separate notification pop-ups will appear for each expiring integration on the user interface.

When users click on the Reauthenticate, they will be redirected to the settings page of the respective third-party integration. There, users can perform a reauthorization process similar to the existing one. To complete the Reauthentication setup, users must use the same email that was initially used to set up the integration. A new integration will replace the old one if they use a different email.

Note:
If the user clicks Cancel instead of Reauthenticate, the message will not appear on the screen for that session. However, users can find the expired third-party integration details by clicking the Settings icon, where a red dot will indicate any expired integration.

Non-admin users will only receive a notification pop-up without needing to take any action. Clicking OK on the notification closes it for the current session, but it will reappear in the next session or when users switch back to the budget from another one.

This new functionality ensures that users are informed about expiring integrations, allowing them to manage and maintain seamless integration functionalities within the application. If you need further details regarding the third-party integration, click here.
