Planful for Marketing: Introduced Goal Type as a Filter Option

With this release, the Goal Type filter is added across the Manage page, enhancing the user experience in the Budget, Performance, and Chart views. This new filter and other filters, such as Campaign and Goal, enable more tailored analysis when users view data by segment, goal, or campaign (M/Q/Y).

By adding the Goal Type filter, users can quickly focus on relevant data, automate sorting, and customize views. They can now see all goals, campaigns, and expense groups linked to the selected Goal Type, making it easier to identify specific data. Previously, users had to manually sift through multiple data points to isolate the specific goal-related information they needed. Now, with the Goal Type filter, this process is automated, saving time and improving accuracy.

For instance, let’s say a user is analyzing campaign performance for a specific goal but only wants to view campaigns that align with a "Revenue Growth" goal type. With the Goal Type filter, they can quickly isolate only those campaigns linked to this goal type, removing the need for manual sorting.

The Goal Type filter integrates seamlessly with existing filters, including Custom Field filters. This compatibility allows users to combine multiple criteria for more precise data analysis.

Additionally, users can save their selected Goal Type filter settings, along with regular and Custom Field filters, making it easy for them to return to their preferred configuration in future sessions.

This enhancement offers a more efficient, targeted data analysis experience. By adding the Goal Type filter, users can now quickly focus on the most relevant data points, automate sorting processes, and customize their views to match their specific needs.
