Smart Cells
We first introduced “smart cells” to streamline updates on the budget page, and now have expanded their usage to the table view of the plan page as well as the timeframe section on the campaign and expense group pages.
Smart cells provide quick insight into the allocated budget and the remaining spend (green) or overspend (orange), and allow users to easily update allocated amounts across campaigns and timeframes with increased agility.
- In the examples below, you can see that of the 9,000 allocated to the “PR Campaign” there are 1,000 not yet consumed by expenses in April.
- You can easily drag and drop the difference of unspent budget into another month or quarter, which will increase the target and decrease the source allocated amount. These new feature updates enable greater efficiency, agility, and accuracy in budget management.
- Similarly, you can double-click the difference to ‘true up’ the timeframe. This returns or decrements the green ‘leftover’ budget from the total allocated amount, or increases the allocated amount to cover the orange overspend.
Google Ads Updates
Earlier this year we introduced Plannuh's integration to Google Ads, allowing marketers to automatically have their Google Ad campaigns imported into Plannuh, synchronizing planned spend, actual expenses, and key performance metrics. Now we're enhancing that integration. With our new release, you can now:
- Assign a name to your Google Ads integration.
- Configure multiple Google Ads accounts to a single Plannuh account.
- Get confirmation when the Google Ads integration sync is complete.
- Specify whether you want to start your Google Ads sync at the beginning of the fiscal year or the first of the current month.
Thank you for being a part of the Plannuh Community!
