# Multi-Currency Support

Planful for Marketing offers the ability to create and manage expenses in any currency. You have the option to set plan rates or use spot rates provided by Planful for Marketing for any currency. Non-budget currencies are automatically converted into budget currency.

**In Practice: Add Currencies**

1. Click the **Settings** icon and navigate to **Currencies**.

2. The list of all the added currencies appears.
3. On the **Currencies** page, click **ADD CURRENCY**.

4. One new row is added to the existing sheet, where users can search and select the required currency.

5. The confirmation box for **Currency exchange rate notification** appears. Click **OK**.

6. The new currency is added to the list.

7. Optionally, users can also delete any currency from the list by clicking the delete icon.

8. The confirmation message appears. Click **OK**.
