# 25.11 Release Notes

## Planful for Marketing: Smart Cells for Forecast

With this release, we have introduced a continuous enhancement to the Forecast feature in Planful for Marketing to improve your Budgeting & Forecasting experience.

Smart Cells are now available in the Forecast column, allowing Forecast to act as an active planning anchor that drives all available budget calculations and variance reporting.

### Key Highlights

- A new **Smart Cell** section in the Budget page lets you select Forecast as the anchor point.
- Perform **true-up** and **drag and drop** reallocations directly in the Forecast column.
- Charts, reports, and exports now reflect Forecast-based values and variances.
- **Total Budget** remains available as a stable baseline for tracking and analysis.

This enhancement gives teams greater flexibility and real-time visibility into evolving plans, ensuring budgets stay aligned with performance and priorities.
