The Tags option lets you view the list of tags available within your application and shows where the Tags have been used. Here are some additional benefits:

  • Search: Enter a search term in the designated field to find matching Tags. The search results will display all entries containing the matching word or phrase.

  • Adding New Entry: Click Create New to add new Tags. This button remains deactivated until you provide a name for the new Tag, allowing only one new entry at a time. The new entry will be enabled by default. Providing a name and clicking outside the field will save the new entry.

  • New Entry and Sorting: Newly added entries will be sorted as soon as you save them.

  • Updating Existing Entry: Editing the Tags or Descriptions is as simple as single-clicking on the respective field. After making updates, click outside the field to save the changes. Upon doing so, a toast message will appear, confirming that the update was successful.

  • Deleting an Entry: Hovering over an existing row highlights it and displays the delete option at the end. Confirming the deletion will remove the selected Tag.

  • Bulk Deleting Entries - You can delete more than one Tags at once using the bulk delete operation. To delete more than one Tags at once, do the following:

    1. Navigate to Settings > Attributes & Tags, and then select Tags.

    2. Select the checkbox next to the Tag column header. All checkboxes are selected.

    3. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog appears.

    4. Click Delete to confirm. All tags are deleted successfully.

  • Column Sorting:

    • Tag: Clicking on the tags will display the list. Clicking on the Tag column will sort them in ascending and descending order based on the number.

    • Count: This column shows where it's been used. You can sort it in ascending and descending order based on the count.
