Access to Account Reconciliation

To view the Account Reconciliation option, you have to reach out to Planful’s Account Manager. When this option is enabled from the backend, users with the Super Admin role can automatically view the Adra option. For other users, Super Admin has to enable the feature from the Navigation Role page.

When you log in to the application, you can see the Account Reconciliation option is added in the left navigation pane of the application. When you click this option, you can easily navigate to the Account Reconciliation Application. As both applications are SSO integrated, you are navigated to your Account Reconciliation Balancer account. You will be logged out of the Planful application when you log out from the Account Reconciliation application.

When you access the Account Reconciliation application from the Planful application, the log-in and log-out information is recorded in the Audit logs.
