Your access to the Process and related consolidation actions for an entity and a group depends on the consolidation security defined for your profile.

To configure the consolidation security, do the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Consolidation > Consolidation Control Panel > Processes tab.

  2. From the left side pane, select Security under Administration. The Security window appears.

  3. Select the user from the User drop-down.

  4. In the Processes tab, select the relevant checkboxes to define what type of processes the selected user has access to.

  5. In the Decentralized tab, select the Decentralized Consolidation checkbox.

    1. From the Company Main hierarchy, select all or required entities to which the user should have access. The user can access the entity fly-out window, in the Org Chart tab, to view ownership details based on this selection.

    2. (Optional Step) Turn on the Preview Assigned toggle to only show entities which the user can access.

  6. Click Save. The consolidation security configurations for the selected user are saved successfully.

Note:

We recommend you give users access to all companies.
