  1. In MyPlan, click the Wrench icon and select Add Asset for a Capex account.

  2. Click the Select Asset list-box.

  3. Click the+ New Asset link shown below.

  4. The New Asset screen appears (shown below). Select any existing asset category in which you want to create the new asset.

  5. Enter the Code and Name of the Asset. Asset life defaults from the category selected.

  6. Click Add, you will see the screen adjust to show the finance mode.

  7. Select the Finance Mode.

  8. Enter the Purchase Month, Units and Rate.

  9. Next, select Update.
