To share a template with the Budget Manager, the Budget Manager has to be a user of the Planful Application. Create a user and select the Support role as Budget Manager. Follow the steps mentioned in the User Management to create a user.
You can skip this step if the Budget Manager is already a Planful application user. If the Budget Manager is an existing user and you want to share the template, then you have to change the user support role to Budget Manager. Before sharing any template, make sure that the Budget Manager has access to the following:
