How to Lock Multiple Periods in Consolidation Process?

Lock functionality allows you to lock an entity from further modification. You can lock an entity for a period(s) using the Lock functionality. 

Perform the below steps to lock multiple periods of an entity:

1. Navigate to the Consolidation Control Panel from the Planful application home page.
2. Select the required Scenario, Period, and Entity.
   
   
3. Select any period from the Consolidation Process tab and click Lock from Entry Actions.
   
   
4. Select the required period from the calendar icon in the To field and click Lock.
   
   
   Note:

   By default, the To and From periods are set to the same month. However, you can modify the To period using the calendar icon to lock multiple periods simultaneously.
