With this release, we have enhanced the functionality of the Copy Link feature in Dynamic Reports.

Previously, using the Copy Link feature, users could select and share only one dynamic report through a URL. Now, we have enhanced the option where you can select multiple dynamic report links with a single click. You can select and copy links to multiple dynamic reports within the same folder or through search, recent, or favorites.

Note:
The links copied through the Copy Link feature will honor the security permissions of the users who access the report using those links. When opening the shared links, this ensures that the recipients will access the respective dynamic reports according to their permission level.

The system generate/s unique URLs for each report when copying links to multiple dynamic reports. These URLs have the report names, separated by line breaks, making it easier to organize and share them.

Dynamic Planning: Introduced the Append Option in Hierarchy Management

In this release, the functionality of Hierarchy Management within the Analytical Model has been enhanced. The Hierarchy Management page now includes the Append option, enabling users to seamlessly add leaf-level members to any level without impacting roll-up data. This feature allows users to add leaf-level members to either root or roll-up members. Additionally, it is accessible exclusively when the model is generated and locked.

Moreover, you can now access the Append option on the Analytical Model's dimension screen. Alongside existing options such as View, Set Display Label, Set Dimension Based Properties, and View Attribute Mapping, the Append option is now available. All necessary actions can be performed using the Update option, which replaces data. It's important to note that the Update option, previously accessible in various model statuses, is now hidden when the status is Generated. However, users can regain access by navigating to Setup > Lock Model and returning to the dimensions screen.

These updates aim to streamline Hierarchy Management and improve the functionality of the Analytical Model, providing users with more comprehensive control over data consistency. For more information on Hierarchy Management, click here.

Predict: Signals on Actual and Non-Actual Scenarios in Dynamic Reports

With this release, we have enhanced the support for Signals in Dynamic Reports by extending signal generation for both the actual and non-actual scenarios. You can now check signals for the open periods of the non-actual scenarios, that is, Budget, Forecast, or Plan scenarios, in addition to the closed periods of the actual scenarios.
