You can define application access through security settings on the Security Administration page. For instance, you can enable IP (Internet Protocol) Logging to create logs with IP address information, tracking user logins. Access the Security Administration page by navigating to Maintenance > Administration > Security Administration.
The Security Administration page has two sections:
- Tenant Group Security Settings: Set security conditions for passwords.
- Tenant Security Settings: Configure application access settings, including IP Logging, Sheet protection, Email alerts, and more.
Use the Save function to save the details on the Security Administration page.
The Applicable Scenarios allow you to define scenarios in which you want to process only employees with an unprocessed status.
- Access the Security Administration page by navigating to Maintenance> Administration> Security Administration.
- Uncheck Enforce changing the account properties when data is available.
- Click Applicable Scenarios.
- Select scenarios to mark employees as Unprocessed, and then click Select.
