    You can perform the following actions on the File Cabinet page:

    • Refresh - Click this icon to refresh the page.

    • New- Select this icon to add one of the following:

      • Folder - Select this to add a folder for storing reporting artifacts.

      • Report Set - Select this to create a Report Set, which is a flexible reporting tool that can be used on the Row or Column axis of a Dynamic Report.

      • Report Collection - Select this to add a collection of Dynamic Reports. Document - Select this to load a document.

      • Financial Package - Select this to create a Financial Package Publisher report.

      • Dynamic Report - Select this to add a Dynamic Report. You can use a Dynamic Report to create queries on-the-go along with structured financial reports, which utilizes reusable Report Sets.

    • Edit - Select this icon to edit a folder. Delete - Select this icon to delete the selected reports.

    • Run - Select this icon to run the selected Dynamic Report or Report Collection.

    • Apply Filter - Select this to apply filter on the grid.

    • More Options- The following actions under the More list-box are enabled based on your security settings:

      • Copy - Click the Copy icon to copy an existing report.

      • Rename - Click this to rename an existing report.

      • Setup - Click this to view structure of a selected report.

      • Share - Click this to share a report with other users.

      • Add to Favorite - Click this to add reports and documents to your Favorites list.

      • Remove From Favorite - Click this to remove items from your Favorites list.

      • Usage Report - Select this to view information about where the selected report, or artifact is used.

      • Show/ Hide Properties - Select this to view properties for a report (type, location, owner, and so on.). This option is available for Admin users.

      • Export As Excel - Select this to export the list of all File Cabinet artifacts accessible to you along with their properties.

    • Search - Enter criteria to search for specific artifacts or click the gray arrow to expand a search pane where you can select specific search criteria as shown in the image below.

    Note:
    The Selected Folder option is available only when a folder is selected in the File Cabinet.
