Note:

Application Programming Interface (API)

Transport Layer Security version 1.2 (TLS 1.2) is supported for all Planful APIs.

.NET version 4.7.2 Framework is required to support TLS version 1.2 and higher.

Note:
Add-Ins are supported for Windows 8.1 and above. By default, add-ins are supported in 64-bit.

Desktop Notifications

We recommend you to enable the desktop notifications to be aware of important information. For example, desktop notifications provide information about your Planful session expiry and about a process completion in the cloud. With desktop notifications, you will receive notifications on every page and window of the Planful application.

When you login to Planful for the first time, you will receive an alert to enable desktop notifications. You can enable or disable desktop notifications whenever required from any browser.

Steps to Disable or Enable Desktop Notifications in Chrome

You can use the following steps to enable Desktop Notifications for the Chrome browser:

  1. On your computer, launch Chrome.

  2. Click More (3 vertical dots) from the upper-right hand corner.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. In the Privacy and security pane, select Site Settings. The Site Settings window appears.

  5. Click Notifications. The Notifications window appears.

  6. Enable or Disable Sites can ask to send notifications based on your requirement..
