How to Configure Access to Ownership Details in Org Chart

You need to configure the Legal Entity Ownership access from the Navigation Access settings in User & Role Management. This entity ownership access impacts whether the users can view and edit details in the entity fly out window in the Org Chart in Consolidation Control Panel.
This configuration should be done after the feature flag is enabled by the Planful Support team and you have configured the Sub Consolidation Process setting under Configuration Task List.
How to Update Access to View or Edit Ownership Details in Org Chart
To access the Org Chart in the Consolidation Control Panel, do the following:
Navigate to Maintenance > User & Role Management > Navigation Role.
Select required Navigation Role Code, and then click Navigation Access.
On the Navigation Access page, select Consolidation and select the Legal Entity Ownership checkbox.
Select View Ownership, Manage Ownership, or both. Accesses defined by checkboxes is as follows:
View Ownership - Only view the entity ownership in the entity fly-out window.
Manage Ownership - Change the entity ownership using the Import and Export options in the Actions drop down.
Click Save.
Once the navigation access is configured, you can view the Org Chart tab on the Consolidation Control Panel page. The Org Chart option appears as a sliding switch next to the Processes tab.
