Processes Tab

The Processes tab in the Consolidation Control Panel consists of the below options. Click on each option to explore more on it.

• Scenario - Allows you to run the consolidation process for a specific scenario.

• Period - Allows you to select the period for which the consolidation is to be performed. Click the Calendar icon to choose a month and year.

• Entity Lock/Unlock Icon - Indicates whether a company is locked or unlocked. Once a company is closed, it is locked and cannot be edited.

• Entity - Access to dimension members here is based on the user type, i.e., Centralized or Decentralized.

• Processes - Allows you to create and manage various types of journals, reclassifications, eliminations, and validations.

• Administration - Allows you to manage consolidation setup and security configurations.

• Entry Actions - Allows you to move data posted via a process through workflow actions such as Forward, Approve, Reject, Post, Unpost, Clear, and more.

• Reports - Allows you to create reports that provide detailed information, such as intercompany matching report, working paper report, exchange rates report, and more.
