To refresh closed period data (refreshing actuals), do the following:

Navigate to Maintenance > Administration > Scenario Setup.
Select the Forecast Scenario from the Scenario list page.
Click the More list box.
Select the Refresh Closed Period Data option. The data is refreshed successfully.
