    The entire Planful application supports English (United States). Users with foreign operating systems can enter data/text in their locale for German, Spanish, and French as they are Latin based character sets. And, numbers will be displayed based on the user’s locale (decimals for commas, commas for decimals, etc). The exception is Offline Planning, which only supports English (United States).
