Unified Tenant

A Unified Tenant allows you to log in to the Web-based application and Spotlight with one URL. Planful support team will unify your tenant if you are a customer of both the Web-based application and Spotlight. You will receive an email notification after the tenant unification. You can set up your login credentials with the URL provided in the email. A unified tenant will have an Admin user by default, and the admin user can create multiple users in the tenant. All the users of a unified tenant are known as Unified Users. These users can use a single URL and log in to both applications.

How to create a Unified User:

1. Go to Maintenance> Admin> User & Role Management.
2. Click the Add icon. The Add User screen appears.
   
3. Fill all the fields with the required details.
4. If you set Dynamic Planning User to Yes, the Dynamic Planning Role drop-down appears. You can set the role for a user from here, and these users are the unified users.
5. Click Save to add the user.

You can also edit the user with the Edit icon and click Save to update the changes.
