The Export Employee Data option enables users to export employee data from the application. All you need to do is select the scenario, budget entity, and report type to export the report.
To download the report:
- Go to Maintenance > Workforce > Export Employee Data.
- On the Employee Reports page, select Scenario and Budget Entity.
- Select one of the following report types.
- Employee Attribute Report: Gives details on employee attributes.
- Employee Compensation Metadata: Gives details on employees' compensation items.
- Employee Compensation By Period: Gives specific compensation details for each employee mapped to a scenario for a selected budget entity.
- Filter by Financial Year and Currency fields to filter the compensation items of each employee based on the selected financial year and currency value when you run the report. The compensation export screen will only display 500 records consisting of limited compensation item data.
- Select the Allocation Percentage checkbox to view employee compensation mapped across different financial years and currency types in the report.Note:The compensation export screen displays only the first 500 records as a preview, with limited compensation item details. All records, including full details, are available in the export file.
- Employee Export: Generates a comprehensive report for all loaded employee data. Select the Data Load Rule used to import the data to Planful. Now you need to select Salary/Pay per hour. The available options are:
- As Budgeted: Displays data after applying the raise percentage (as applicable) and includes allocations.
- As Imported: Displays employee data as loaded or configured in the planning scenario before applying raises and performing allocations.
- Employee Allocation Report: Gives details on the employees' allocations. Once selected, select the Data Load Rule from the drop-down.
- Click Clear to modify the selections if required.
- Select any of the options below to export the report:
- Run: This option is used to view the report on your screen. You can also export the report by clicking the export option in the top-left corner. The available options are Print, Print Setup, and Export as Excel.
- Export: This option allows you to download the report directly into your system. The available options are Export to Excel, Export to PDF, Export to Google Sheets, and Share. Use any of these to download the reports.
- Run: This option is used to view the report on your screen. You can also export the report by clicking the export option in the top-left corner. The available options are Print, Print Setup, and Export as Excel.
